Here in sunny Upper Latvia, we have customary sayings:

1) Don't get yer knickers in a knot.

2) Don't get yer panities in a wad.

Scientists have yet to determine why it is that our trousers twist so, though some suspect it is altitude as well.

Bad altitudes result in starched polyester slacks that make our glotzkas itch.
