Bill, you were 1000% right. I do not have time to go to the SEC, but I know others are taking up the cause. As I said in a post to Skeeter, GTW was one of the main reasons I decided not to invest in individual stocks for a long time. I should have taken your good advice to heart and listened. I was too naive to believe that management could cook the books the way that they did. I feel terrible for all the investors that fell victim to this tragedy.
