If TA was infallible, we would all be rich. Clever of you to need only one data point to draw a conclusion re. the value of TA. If my memory serves, early January was the time when negative rumors started. Some of these rumors had no basis in fact, but caused IBM to fall with the rest of the market. IBM's revenue shortfall hasn't helped. Unfortunately TA is unable to predict fear, rumors and revenue numbers.
