PCSTel, you seem to focus a lot on the M&A side of the AirGate value. The best way to value AirGate is to assume it is always an independent company and then use a discounted cash flow analysis. If AirGate can generate cashflow with a CDMA affiliate of Sprint model, then it has value whether or not it is ever bought. On a different note, a guy on the Yahoo threat noted that Metro PCS put out a press release on Feb 1. Looks like they launched service and appear to be copying Leap. Lots of venture capital guys on the Metro Board of Directors. Metro + Leap? Maybe we'll see that.
