PCStel,

Thanks for responding. Again, that sale was an "extraordinary" event since LWIN is not in the business of selling spectrum. Remember, companies are valued on the theoretical cash flows expected in the future, not on their past.

In order to find a true valuation of PCSA, one would need to do much research when comparing all Wireless Service Providers. Remember, while PCSA owns no spectrum, technically, they rent their spectrum and pay PCS 8% of their revenues.

How much interest does LWIN pay for just spectrum each year?

How many companies would be interested in buying Airgate today?

I have no idea, probably not many. WCOM does come to mind, but there are rumors swirling around them that they are "up for sale".

How many companies would be interested in buying Airgate in Bankruptcy?

I would. I'll start the bidding at $1. <gggggg>
