I recently sold my apt. reits. The reason, it's alot easier to buy a house or condo, and pay the mtg. then pay rent to someone else.I have seen new townhouses advertised for $950.00 guaranteed for 3 years which is less then the rent one would pay, plus you are getting something brand new.(The corner of the 401 and Yonge).
