Money supply measures US Dollars which are being used outside of the US, but GDP measures only US growth. Is it possible that the money supply has to increase because of foreign use of US dollars?

I see Mr. Bill is doing his part to see that happen -- see the link I posted Haim. BG said he didn't see recovery here or in Japan, but things stronger in Europe.
