I took a look at VIAN and can't see why anyone would want to buy it. It is losing $10M per quarter on sales now at $6M. Its business isn't worth anything to speak of. The only issue is whether it sells out or liquidates in time to return a better price to shareholders, which the company has not said they plan to do. That is not something you can have any knowledge of or conviction that it will happen. It MAY happen. I like better odds when I make an investment.
