I read it, but it's a naive and simplistic comparison. Point me to proof that Broadcom is hiding billions in debt and losses in off-balance sheet partnerships. Broadcom hasn't been accused of anything like that. Now did their executives make millions as shareholders lost billions as the stock tanked? I bet they did. In fact, I bet 9 out of 10 companies in corporate America have similar goings on, but most remain undetected. That's life in the U.S. It's a sad state of affairs, it's true. But if you plan on shorting Broadcom to the teens, then I'd suggest getting more proof before you jump in with both feet. There is no evidence whatsoever yet that Broadcom is another Enron.
