Again the lefties have warped the subject. The big airline security deal was back around '96 with Gore in charge. Lots of changes planned and campaign donations started rolling in to Clinton/Gore and the DNC. The study was tabled.

It's like BIA running an article about bin Laden but with the dates changed by two years.
