If I understand correctly, these assets are loans from Berg's REITS that were signed over to VLNC in a previous financing. I also believe these assets are required for collateral for subsequent loans that Berg has provided to VLNC. Therefore, I don't think these assets can be converted to cash to support the cash burn.
