So believe what you want about 9/11, but the fact remains that Mr. Bush was
15% through his term when it happened. I guess if he had been 90% though his
term that would still have made Clinton to blame.

When you consider the minute difference between 15% & 90%--you must be correct.

BTW, if "sabre rattling" includes answering terrorism with force & determination--bring on the sabres. Sweet sentiments will not defeat fanatics. Bullies only understand & respect strength.

Well, the facts say that we can't blame Clinton for the 1990's expansion or the deficit reduction the GOP Congress forced on Clinton starting in 1994. (Clinton fought deficit reduction tooth and nail until Dick Morris told he he would lose in 1996 unless he gave up).

In fact, the 1990's expansion was @20% over - 22+ months - by the time Clinton first disgraced office in 1993. Likewise, manufacturing was in steep decline every month for almost a year before Bush43 restored honor and integrity to the Executive branch in 2001.
