That's not exactly clinical depression, nervous breakdown etc. ... drugs do work on them in many cases. I believe the drugs are just an aid to sorting out the induced problems, maybe the afflicted has even forgotten about the original problem.... It's not all a physical problem but is partly... The drugs can raise mood enough to start getting life back in order.
