Of course they like this period. Now cash is king. Now, companies like RedHat don't have 20 billion dollar market capitalizations and don't pose a big threat. by the way, i know telecom looks like crap, but once these independent telecom companies disappear, the remain carriers will then have increased demand and less competition..this should help prices. Things could turn quickly from bad to good at the telecom companies. Plus, i still think data is growing. people are looking at the past, not the future. Companies like 360networks and the like will be gone.
