I've mentioned from nearly day one on this board that Fastow, and Skilling are the ones to watch here...(and now Kopper is another)...

Mr. Lay should have known what was going on....BUT then again, it was a huge company, and the top management doesn't always know everything that the folks under them do. The top management rely on the lawyers and accountants input and advice as well.

It is one thing to come before Congress and answer honest questions in an honest manner. But many people,including you from what you have said, already have your mind made up that Lay is totally at fault and guilty. In that case, why would one want to testify willingly? Would YOU?
