dave, thank you for your comment about EMC and IBM. i agree both of those are very big names in data storage. i didn't know hitachi was even a storage player. i sure wish i understood more about what they have a patent on that makes hitachi needing to settle up. perhaps if hitachi settles up then taking on EMC and IBM will be easier? is this an on going royalty producing situation or just a onetime settlement and wrist slapping type equity share boosting event we are looking at here. if you could point me to some more reading material, i'd be grateful.
