He used to be a gentleman. No one believes that, but it's true.

Tsk, tsk. So judgmental aren't we???

CH is still a gentleman. No "used to be" about it. I don't agree with most of what he says, but it is obvious that what's really at issue is his refusal to eat crap from you and those like you. I have no beef with Poet either and I respect her more than some for the way she buried the hatchet with me, but no one can reasonably expect to post on these forums and then when called to task for a particular post, expect to shut off a reply by saying "Don't post to me anymore". That isn't the way it works. Never was. Never will be. If you don't like flames, then don't light any fires.....

Well, E, you have opinions about me that I disagree with, but I'm not going to make huge issues of them.

I don't agree that I have changed. I think the change has been in others.

You and I agree that I have shown myself to be a gentleman. IMO, I still am. In yours opinion, apparently for the moment you think otherwise.

But we won't resolve that. So let's just accept that we have different opinions and move forward.

BTW, re gratitutious cyber sex, I think it's a riot that Poet, in her new home on IH, signs most, if not all, of her posts with a Smooch and a picture of a quite sexy woman giving a kiss and a wink. Apparently doesn't bother her that some people might see that a bit forward and an unwanted cyber sexual advance. I don't mind myself, just think in view of certain past events it's quite funny that she should choose such a signature.
