Hi DJ - you can get pretty good Cajun food at a chain of restaurants called "Copeland's" owned by Al Copeland, a Louisiana entrepreneur. There's one in Rockville, MD, and one in Centreville, VA, and there's one in Alexandria, VA. I don't eat much sausage, myself, but when I do, I prefer andouille to boudin. Not to be confused with andouillet, which is too greasy.

Now we are talking about boudin blanc - you can't get boudin rouge anywhere in the US but people do make it at home. For those who don't know, boudin rouge is blood sausage. Boudin blanc has rice in it. Andouille is made from ham or cured pork. Not sure about andouillet, just that it's very greasy.

DJ:

>>let's rather talk about the yesterday's field goal<<

Why not? What a great game. We New Englanders were amazed and delighted by the outcome.

OTOH, are you aware of the Super Bowl indicator? Which says that if a team from the old AFL (the Patriots) wins the Super Bowl, the stock market will decline during the coming year. Vice versa, if a team from the old NFL wins, the stock market will be up for the year. It's about 85% accurate, apparently.

But of course, there's no possible causal relationship, so at best this must be coincidence. Right?
