How about a 10-year-old Mercedes 300TE (I think it is) station wagon with about 100K on it? My daughter came home in one of those when she got a job delivering children to school, etc, and it sure looked a lot better than my car. (It does not belong to her, but adds a little class to the driveway). They seem to go for about $12,000. Of course you can get a brand new Camry station wagon with a lot of stuff on it for about twice as much.
