07:02 ET Amazon.com disclosures questioned by WSJ (AMZN) 13.73: WSJ reports that a look at disclosures in co's annual report turns up news that AMZN may not have as many liquid assets to cover its obligations as investors think. Deep inside the report filed last week with the SEC, co disclosed that it has pledged $166.7 mln of its marketable securities as collateral for a host of financial obligations, mostly financial leases that do not appear on co's balance sheet. Amazon executives insist that liquidity isn't a concern
