DO: You are right BUT my point is more subtle. We already declined some last two days which caused VXN/VIX to move up (esp. today). If today's decline is sufficient, tomorrow we may have a bounce, if not, another day of decline may assure a reasonable bounce depending on the top VXN/VIX values. My point is that we can only MOVE UP if VXN/VIX climbed to high enough levels from which they can then move down.
