I guess 85% of the funds flowing into 401k's never changes. It just keep flowing into the same mutual funds, most of which have little change in their cash percentage. They keep investing in the same stocks or rotation of stocks. They are the ones who keep buying.
For a Monday morning the market is pretty bearish.
