The ads showed various implements ( weapons, explosives, ammo)which the terrorists might be expected to use. It then asked the question:"Where do the terrorists get their money to fund the purchase of thsoe implements?" The answer was that drug money may be used to finance such purchases and that by purchasing drugs you may be inadvertently helping to fund terrorism. Thanks. $3M just doesn't go as far as it used to.
