This article should be deposited on the board of every single company thread on SI... with this particularly noted:

U.S. Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill said he wants tougher penalties on senior executives who mislead investors, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing an interview.

Wonder just how many techwrecks would have happened if the investors knew the "whole" story--the "whole" story BEFORE it was "too late"?????
