The Chairman and CFO of TYC are going to learn their defination of "materality" is marketably different from the SEC's and the courts. Before this is over I'd expect the trial attorneys to also have a field day.

JMO of course (but I have read the SEC's position and the an exerpt from the Supreme Court).

Of course @ some point there will be a selling climax to set the bottom.
