If you don't have much in the way of savings and aren't functioning well in your job, maybe you could do a lower level job, but the way you feel you just don't think any employer would want to hire you, you can't live on the unemployment pay (at least not in this country it wouldn't even pay my rent).... if the drugs can get you at least energetic and focused enough to do your job, and to sleep then a lot of other things are easily sorted out.
