After enduring years of reading the falacious publications made by Medinah et al, despite death threats made against me and my family by Leslie Price, Ian Dow et al, the truth has to be revealed and here it is, first hand 1) This is the first time I post in this or any other Medinah related thread, compelled only by the suffering inflicted by the thieves of Medinah et al, against my represented and family in Chile and Canada, and also against innocent shareholders and institutions that are part of the fraud and coverup of Medinah's illegal financial and mining activities. 2) The villains will be named in an annum per annum basis. 1996. After being quasi defrauded or in the process of being defrauded "in secret" by Penn Gold Resources Inc a VSE defunct company, now wwww/morenoventures.com TSE, Robert Rosner President of both, Ashif Jiwa, V.P. and Russell Goodwing, introduced me to the Master Fraudsters Leslie Phillip Price (secretely running from North Vancouver - same address - next door - to the original address of Medinah Mining Inc., lkast Frontier Oil Co, NP Energy Inc. and Metroplus) All of this, (as found out later) while Leslie Price was under suspension by the BCSC. Ian Dow, President then of Maximum Resources - VSE (later renounced to the same, to inside trade and "option" on 20% of Mina Claudia... yes... a business introduced by me to NP Energy, Price, Dow, Goodwin et al.) Sam Ponnayya Jr. (Money handler and expense wallet of Price) his white financial elephant to send the fiurst funds to Chile. Russell Goodwin... the secret WEB Master and Master pof deceit and spin doctor of crime. After our first meeting, Price and Dow took me to Goodwin's office to effect a "trade in the screen", to see how they "drive the price up or down in the shares". At this point, I was an innocent miner with no knowledge of Sophisticated fraud in the Public Markets. So much fraud, that Robert Rosner of Penn Gold had contracted the sale of "Sierra de La Plata" and Mina Claudia projects to Ian Dow under an Agreement with Top Line Holdings (on my back). Price and Dow found rather early the fraud thanks to me and Chilean Lawyers and sent Rosner packing and proposed "marriage of interests to me". The "inmoral act" of Rosner, in accordance to Price and Dow, was castigated by leaving Rosner out of the Loop in the new contract to be executed with me and my represented. Nevertheless - missrepresentation of ownership - was a lesson that Price and Dow would use to their advantage more than once, illegally, to get the stock moving... In 1996 I took personally Gordon House and Malcom Frazer Geologists from Vancouver, to Chile, to Sierra de La Plata - Mina Claudia - Mina Virginia - Manto Milagroso III Region and to Churrumata Oro (Gumercinda Araya Olivos and Julio Tornero Olivos properties at Dayton's Open Pit) and Andacollo Oro, the Juvenal Jeraldo Tapia Properties. 1996, Price and Dow offered me "a part of the public company that will house the projects you deliver in Chile" and other promised and never delivered and contracted and many times defaulted rewards. 1996, Jorge R. Lopehandia and Cristobal H. Lopehandia Cortes (brothers)contractually delivered to NP Energy and Last Frontier Oil Company, the properties " a) Sierra de La Plata Mining District (Mina Claudia - Manto Milagroso - Cerro de La PLata)III Region. b) Churrumata Gold open pit claims (Inside Dayton's Open Pit) plus others in the area, IV Region. c) Andacollo Gold contract sorrounding Dayton, La Colorada and the rest of properties of record in the IV Region. d) We explored together with Price and Dow, to deal with Barrick, also the following properties of merit owned by us 1) I had taken "Pascua Lama" from Barrick. (now the largest Gold Silver mine in the Planet, stolen from us by Barrick for US$25 in 1997 - now.... US$15) 2) I was holding Barrick at bay at "El Indio" with 10,000 hectares beside it with 5 hydrothermal Gold zones. Priuce and Dow promised to me that they would "talk to Barrick on my behalf and get to some kind of Agreement thereof". To end 1996 I delivered all my annual expenses receipts to Price and Dow for a refund and to received the promised NP Energy stock for the contracts.)
