Thanks for the links. The more I find out about the history of the region, the more I become convinced of the utter folly of looking to the past for a definition of justice. If justice is ever to exist in the Middle East, it is going to have to be made from whole cloth. Oslo was a valiant effort along those lines, but seems to have suffered from too much hope, and not enough practical realism.
