Know Elan well. Have followed for years. Have not owned since around 1997...too high a valuation issue since 1996 IMHO. Now interested and ready to start initial position.

Looks like close to 20% of the stock outstanding traded today. Critical to see if all sellers out today(doubt it)..or if some large holders will be up-chucking tonight and plan to sell over next several days. Waiting and watching for entry.
