Pierre: Well I was at Cardiff Reef most of the morning! Came home about noon to see LWIN down in the mid $9's. Seems we have $7.5 strike options now! Bought 100 contracts of the July 02 $7.5 calls. Although I doubt this company will be called Leap Wireless by then.

My guess is it will be called Adelphia Wireless, or Northcoast. My bet is Adelphia at this juncture. Unless one of the majors steps in to try and keep it away from either Adelphia or Northcoast.

The flat rate wireless business is going to get mighty hot in the Northeast.

Of course Northcoast (owned in part by Cablevision and the Dolan empire) is about to launch service in many of their territories.

Like wise Devon Mobile (owned in part?/affiliated with Adelphia) will launch a flat rate service in Buffalo and Western NY state. Penn. and Virginia in the next 6-9 months. (Build out has been underway for 6 months or so)

For $18 a share 800 million and assumption of debt. (They get 400 million in cash back) They get all of this.

And then have the scope to compete against Northcoast who will have this area.

Gonna happen sooner rather than later!
