I am not quite sure I understand your question. It they are subsidiaries their debt should appear on the consolidated balance sheet. They might have guaranteed these debts. As they have already shown the debt there should however be no reason to add the guarantees to their potential exposure. They will only have to pay this debt once, whatever happens.

This doesn't make sense, so I guess I misunderstood your question. Try once more.
