Need a reason to hold silver?

How about: Consumption - Production = Eventual Problem.

Silver and gold stocks may be overextended here, but could also be presaging a big change in investor sentiment.

I had mentioned CDE 13.375 of 2003 convertible bonds a while back (near $60) as a "safe" way to play CDE. They are now trading at $90. Convertible into 785 shares, with a relatively small premium, one might consider switching from CDE shares into the CDE bonds. They should track the shares well to the upside, but give you better protection to the downside. Just some information, for your consideration.
