Hi Brian, There is no doubt !!! It's not a question of if - it's a question of when. The hard part is allowing time to create a transition to strong ownership again. Cohu's stock holder's equity divided by shares outstanding allows for an excellent value when buying on dips.Keep in mind most company assets in new companies heven't been depreciated to below market prices.Cohu's are - the gain on their old building proves that - I'm sure their other assets(that are old) have similar "hidden value". The new facility is three time the size and very "snazzy looking" compared to the old facility.Cohu stole the new building and got top buck for the old location just before the air came out of this dot.com cycle. It was a brilliant play.The market value of the new building will be incredible during the next cycle. Don't forget 90 some million in cash that is real - no phoney baloney. This Enron contagion is the best thing that can happen to the overall market. Business leaders that are straight arrows - disclose all and don't hide a thing are what this market needs more of. These ere the companies that NEED to get Higher Multiples - when the market ignores conservative value over deceipt and rampant speculation - somebody / stock needs to get crushed. This assures that the market assigns equity capital in the most efficient way. THAT IS A GOOD THING. I'm still hoping to snag some more Cohu on the cheap -but I think it's going to do very well in here. You sure did get an opportunity to buy in soon after your well timed gain - nice work !!! Bob
