That's a strange way to word it...isn't it the lawyer who is supposed to do things like that? You are correct that my client has not obtained a court order authorizing the subpoena in accordance with Doe v. 2TheMart.com Inc. Accordingly, the subpoena issued by my client on January 10, 2002, is hereby withdrawn. I think you may have nailed it down - I can see Dobry "issuing subpoenas" while he shows the autopsy videos to Marvin.
