You need someone to blame; that's what I understand. Every residence and every business in Portland, OR is facing a $500 bill to pay for the Enron Bankruptcy as the ownership of Portland General Electric is possibly shifted to an under-capitalized buyer, forcing the combined company into the hi-yield market for commercial paper, ruining a record of decades of investment grade financing. This is a direct result of the predatory pricing pressures of energy traders rigging markets. What don't you understand about these people being scum? -Ray
