We reiterate our Buy rating on shares of ONIS. The company has the balance sheet and the product portfolio to make it through the telecom downturn and drive revenue growth when carrier spending resumes. In addition, the company is a pure play in the deployment and upgrade of metro networks, which is where we expect spending will recover first.
