Pod - friend of mine said Met Life is suing the mlife folks (blue color and all) over the confusion. Methinks the mlife junk is AT&T Wireless (AWE)..

Mlife ads were not Metropolitan--but AT & T wireless!
That's how crappy the ads were--you could not easily know.

Metropolitan is suing about it.
