Am I the only person who ever reads the "related party transactions" disclosures?

The SEC and its regulations aren't there to rescue the lazy, they're there to ensure adequate disclosure.

Dear John: Most of those programs ORIGINALLY had some value to the company as well as the Exec. Sadly, GREED has become so bad that probably the baby is going to be thrown out with the dishwater before all the likely changes are implemented. I have NO SYMPATHY at all for this Kenneth Lay, he had NO FINANCIAL problems at all yet apparently he continually wanted MORE. I hope they HANG HIM HIGH!! Thats what they do in Texas isnt it?? Jdn
