Top Dem opened the door....(below) ..I believe that in THIS country, Scott, that one is innocent before AND until they are PROVEN guilty. We must remember that. Be aware that many in the "so-called elitist" media would like it to be a political situation rather than a business situation, and thus you see all the "sniping and snipeing" .... Also, remember.....The shareholders and employees of this company are NOT the only people who have lost money and jobs in the past debacles...including union strikes for years on end. There is plenty here and in the past for all of us to think about and consider.
