The Enron Outrage is impacting investor psychology and confidence --> and this has helped trigger the sell-off.

I heard this perspective over at the healthclub this evening from some large investment managers here in Chicago...People are getting cautious and looking for reasons to sell...They wonder where 'the next Enron' is...Folks are NOT HAPPY with Enron and how its impacted the market...Over the long-term we should get some valuable new laws and investor safegaurds...This Enron Crisis has provided Congress with a wake up call to clean-up our financial reporting and oversight. They are receiving A LOT of pressure from their constituents and I actually think we'll see some meaningful reform.

Regards,

Scott
