Hey Eagle, I use Netscape 4.79 for my e-mail. no problems today or recently. Are you sure your ISP connection is working, or you able to access the net okay (must be if you posted to SI, duh) - could be a local problem with netscape - how long have you had this problem. One of the reasons i like NSCP email is that i am not using outlook or outlook express, and it seems that many viruses attack the outlook address list. larry
