Yes and no some stocks are breaking out...
In reading about the 1930's there were all kinds of investigations by Congress..kinda like Enron today..
market traded sideways for what 20 years.
My broker friend started in the business in the early 70's market was at 980 (DOW) broke 1000 first eyar he was in the business and then pulled back and didnt break 1000 for next 10 years..
But I dont think world coming to an end...
