Yup, we learn a lot from the US, and Chinese regulatory authorities are actually, amazingly, holding discussion meetings on Enron, to dissect the issues and putting in safe guards before they are needed. They do not actually hope to prevent Enron type happenings, only aim to limit the scale of such future happenings.
