Nah, I screwed-up this same one a few days ago in a post on SI. Looked at it afterwards and wondered what on earth my fingers and-or brain were thinking when I repeatedly talked about giving "advise." Of course, by the time I noticed it the 15 minutes had already expired.

Speel cheeckers have made almost everyone lazier about spelling correctly.

Now, on the subject at hand, I would sure like to see SI's lawyer tell him that the matter will be concluded only after he writes a check to pay for the time it took to respond to the frivolous subpoena.

Blame the transcriptionist.

The lawyer didn't type it himself, and probably didn't even see it after it was typed. That's typical on basic things like that.
