Your leaps of illogic could scale the tallest precipice, and yet you've got the nerve to call someone a "biased fool" while apparently - all unaware of the irony - flaunting your own massive bias collection? Don't you even notice that your defense of Falwell and Robertson for "just saying for the most part what they believe Jesus would say" is hardly the most persuasive argument ever made on this thread? The same 'defense' could easily be mounted for Hitler and his cohorts... who also believed in the Christian sanctity of their cause. Mere belief that one's actions are blessed by a higher authority does not necessarily make it so... or make those actions moral. Witness the Spanish Inquisition or the Taliban's explosion of false 'idols', or for that matter, the accession details of the first ten Popes, or the religious justifications by the KKK.... But at least your remarkable outpouring of unselfconscious personal bias and bile in your post has had one salutory effect: it's lifted my evening to be exposed to your natural comedic stylings! Thanks for the jokes!

With extreme partisans, a lifetime of voting for their particular party is probably necessary in order to qualify as a member. Fortunately, it's of no concern to me what extremists believe. It's just sad for the country that there are so many radical right & radical left thinkers. Must be american parents & the school system......not teaching enough history and the benefits of moderation in all things.
