If you do come in from Eagle, when you go through Avon at Beaver Creek on I-70, at the main Avon exit, look to the south towards Beaver Creek, and on the southeast side of the intersection, you will see a row of condos and townhouses near the interstate, along the river. That was one of our projects.>> RR: Sorry I'll miss you on this trip...I didn't know you were into real estate development -- I'll have to talk with you when I'm ready to invest in some 'hard assets' <G>...Right now I'm still doing some course correcting and enjoying a wild ride in the tech sector. Yet, yet since i don't have a lot of debt or a margin balance this is not a problem...it's sort of like riding out a storm when you're out sailing...Batten down the hatches, put on the foul-weather gear, be tough and be patient...calmer seas will prevail. It's about time to go out and make some more money since there are buying opportunities all around me in this market...=) Regards, Scott
