I wasn't really paying much attention until Dean's article caught my eye. I was surprised by the amount of research he seems to have done. By now, of course, the only people perseverating on the election outcome are either hard core ideologues, historians or are otherwise being paid to do so. But then, after all that, it's odd that election reform, even before 9/11, was being pushed way down the Bush agenda? Kinda looks like they're still afraid to count all votes.
