David Alger's final three-stock portfolio recommended Calpine in the then low-30's. If Ted David is going to roast stock pickers on-air for bad recommendations he should enumerate all of them to be fair. I don't hold Ned Riley accountable for the ELN call at all. I think he'll be proved right over the long term. If there were any analysts appearing on CNBC or speaking in any of the print or electric media, expressing caution on ELN in advance of the blow up, I missed them. Maybe there were some smart buy-side analysts out there who, along with the shorts, had ELN figured out. They don't need or appear on CNBC.
