Were you even alive when we had "Walter Cronkite and the CBS News"? Don't you remember on NBC when it was "The Evening News with John Patrick Swayze"?

Actually it was :John Cameron Swayze
Television Anchorman
1905-1995.

Patrick Swayze is an actor who appeared in "Ghost (1990)" among other minor film efforts.

Yes, I was going to mention Cronkite - that was the beginning of the end. But speaking specifically of CNBC, the point in time I mentioned (a few years ago) was a dramatic change for the worse with respect to the Media Superstar Disease.
