As an Attorney myself, I give 110% ZERO credability to a vehicle that allows the Attorney to get 80% of the damages in a claim.

Class action law suits are BULL SHUTZ!!

Lerach is under SEC or Justice Department investigation himself. The accusation is that his firm had shareholders on their payroll in order to be able to start these suits. That's nothing new, a lot of people knew that was going on, but the investigation is.
